What does it mean to become a viticulturist and wine producer at 40, turning your life upside down, a pioneer in an area not known for wine production?
That you do things well.
That you do it by choice and not because you were born to it. That every day you have to study how to work the vineyard and make wine in the best way because there is no tradition to base yourself on, but only a future to aim for, and a present to take inspiration from. That despite the effort, the enthusiasm is always at its maximum. That every goal achieved is important because it proves once again that it is worth it.
That you make your wine amazing, because you accept nothing less.
